This website is run by S.S. Engineering Enterprises, a proprietorship firm whose proprietor is Sanjeev Sharma (GSTIN 08AVVPS5499M1Z3), trading under the brand name Hospiaid ("we", "us"). S.S. Engineering Enterprises is the party responsible for your information under this policy. Our address is 2B, Kartarpura Industrial Area, 22 Godam, Jaipur, 302006. What we collect, and why

You choose what to write in the forms. Please do not put medical or other sensitive personal information about patients in them.
Cookies
We use only two small cookies, and only because the site needs them to work: hospiaid-session (keeps your visit together)
and XSRF-TOKEN (protects forms from being sent by other sites on your behalf). They expire after about 120 minutes.
We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Other services involved
- Email. When you send a form, an email with the details you entered is sent to our business inbox so that we can reply.
- Google Maps. The Contact page shows a Google map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on your device with a message ready to send. What you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We can see your phone number and message so that we can reply.
- Web hosting. The website and the information you submit are stored on servers run by a commercial web hosting provider.
Google and WhatsApp may process information outside India. We share your information with no one else, except advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Reviews are public
If you send a review, your name, company or hospital, review and photo (if you added one) will appear publicly on this website once we approve it, and anyone can see it. Do not include anything you do not want published. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries and contact messages: up to 24 months after you sent them, and then they are deleted, unless we need them longer for a contract or because the law requires.
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove yours or we take it down.
- Server records: as long as our hosting provider keeps them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information; or
- withdraw the consent you gave. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: just tell us by email or phone, and we will act on it.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, set up under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We would be glad to put things right first.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards: the connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS); the administration area needs a password and limits login attempts; uploaded photos are checked and re-saved before use; and the forms are protected against automated abuse. No system is completely secure. If something happens that affects your information, we will tell the people affected, and the authorities, as the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and healthcare professionals. It is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date and version at the top show which one you are reading. If we make an important change, we will say so on this page.
